We don't understand anything between RPMs and a level between 1 and 8, simplify a minimum, thank you

Great session GCN! I loved the long duration of cadence sets with short intervals within the set! A 35 or 40 minute session like this would be great!

Great video! As a trainer, so often I see clients try to push out an effort but forgetting their form along the way. This session really helped focus on Maintaining proper form, regardless of effort level, a critical skill for any athletic or fitness pursuit. Well done!!

This was a great 25-minute workout! The 30-second intervals kept things dynamic, making the time fly by. Working on cadence was a great change from the all out power workouts we are all used to. Highly recommend this one for a quick and effective session.

Absolutely enjoyed the cadence video! It's a refreshing variation from the usual HIIT routines and provides a different workout when I need to spice things up. Would love to see more videos like this-please create some more!

Tip: if you have a smart bike/trainer that has ERG mode.... then in ERG mode set the watts to what you feel match the 1-10 RPE level. Then simply increase/decrease the RPM when Hank tells you to. :)

Participate, Hank. I like the idea, Mannon, and I agree, it’s great to focus on the cadence through the spectrum of safe indoor speeds.

My bike doesn’t have a cadence sensor, but I DO have a metronome! One of the only overlaps I’ve seen from being both a cyclist and a pianist. This workout went from adagio to allegretto if anyone was wondering

This helped me a lot, I don't have a cadence meter so I was really able to identify my cadence by matching the GCN riders. Not having the distraction of changing resistance helped me a ton. Loved it!

Great work out!!! Have you ever considered inviting in some guest riders? I'd love to see @bethanyshriever give this a go even for a good 30 minute session. She's the current women's gold medalist for BMX racing. And, yes, I do race BMX but I also race mountain bikes and do a lot of gravel events as well. Thanks for another great session!!!
