This is our little demonstration of a flexible bin picking system, demonstrating an average cycle time of 3.12 seconds for about 50 parts. In these 3.12 seconds, these things happen:
1. Getting a 3D image of the content of the box with a standard Kinect sensor
2. Detection: object recognition with CANDELOR
3. Path planning: calculating a collision free grasping path
4. Execute the plan
