Love this! Thanks for teaching us how it’s done . This looks like something that would be great at the bottoms of a sweater. Keep the videos coming.

Thank you so much. I enjoyed your video but, wouldn't you know it, KZitem loaded the preview picture of your next video right on top of the part where you were trying to point out to us where you seam up the two edges if you want to make a tube! Was it just using the entire slipped edge stitch in the seam?
@AnnaHaferman

Yes, just use the seamed edge and mattress stitch. Thanks for watching!

Muchas gracias.

I love the way you have a knitting machine and I have a question. How are these patterns applied?

My next video will be a hat project using a Fair Isle pattern. Stay tuned!

How do you deal with long floats on the back of the fair isle knitting? In hand knittingfloats should not be longer than 4 stitches. How can you pick up long floats?
@AnnaHaferman

You can hang long floats on the back of a needle above, or sew them down after the fact, line the item, or just leave them the way they are, etc. Depends on the item; how it will be used.

Do you mean a Fair Isle headband or just a plain headband?

What kind of knitting machine do you have? And where do I get one?
@AnnaHaferman

This is a Silver Reed LK 150 knitting machine. There is a link in the description as to where to buy one!

I notice in this video you say the needle beetle ignores the first needle, but in another video you start the 8 stitch repeat right at the edge. This seems confusing to me.

It starts counting at the first needle you select and then copies eight needles and repeats those. It ignores the first needle only if you don't select it.
