Really enjoying the channel. You have almost single handedly given me the boot up the backside to start making my own curries. i even got a bit cocky and made an indonesian Beef Rendang today. You should try it!

You can always nip into the Indian butchers and ask for Keema , I think its minced mutton but it works for me and its cheaper.
