How to make 7k/mo as a producer: buy my course to learn how to make it as a producer where I explain how you make it as a producer by getting followers and selling producers courses on how to make it as a producer Producer grind inception haha Great video! Keep up the good work

This is basically a very stupid pyramid scheme (in creating music??). I really don't like these times, people are getting weirder, maybe I'll go off the grid altogether, the internet was fun in the first decade, now it's just lobotomy of greedy and crazy characters. There is a lively scene of people releasing music in old formats again, perhaps this is a way to save a bit of culture. Vinyl and cassettes are fun in a completely different way, I miss the old days a lot - music had another worth.

@@ArmaGeddon-iu1vv Probably we are in similar age group. Music was definitely different. But I tend to go a bit softer for this. Every decade has its own dynamics. This is the era we live in. And no one is forcing us to do anything if we don not want. It is that simple.

I used to think that music would be appreciated and simply bought by people - that was the case in the past. However, it seems that nowadays the focus has shifted to making videos and having pointless conversations for hours. No offense, maybe I'm just too old for all this social media stuff. I started my music journey in the late 80s also to avoid interacting with others, this is gruesome lol

@@Slynell1 Thanks to MP3 download and streaming platforms. Musicians can not make any money if they are not performing on stage or they are ridicilously succesfull like top 1%. Back in the day when people where actually buying music, you could make a decent living of it.

This "social media stuff" makes marketing music 10 times easier than it was in the 80s. Taylor Swift just sold 2.6 million copies of her new album and 700K of those sales were vinyl. Taylor is just one example, Kanye also sold about 200K his first week. So I'm not sure where you get the idea people don't buy or appreciate music anymore.
@Keroser1983

@@HypnoticHollywood They do appreciate but the total revenue of the music business had been reduced so much than it was before. Also I have said that the top %1 ( or even less ) scoops it all. The examples you have given proves that. I am sure not saying it is dead, it is just not as how it was.

Aurelie, I'm really glad that you are moving forward with your career, and if you are making efforts in the direction you want and other people find it valuable, then no one can fault you for that. That's a decent income, although I don't know how hard and how many hours you have to work to make it happen. I think a lot of people who are commenting here, including myself, are kind of sensing that you've left the most important part out of the equation, which is actually making the music and the content. For me, I think that the love of music and interacting with other musicians to make great musical products should come first. You don't really cover that in your video here. Without talking about the content and the love of music, there is a risk that we are just building an empty scheme that feeds on itself. It might make a lot of money, but is it musically and emotionally satisfying? I can't answer that question for you or for anybody, but maybe you could touch on this in future videos. I like how you are including some references to tracks you've liked in your e-mail newsletters. I know you obviously like and enjoy music. It would be great if we could feel that in your content as well 😅

what was your reason to have all of your socials in english instead of your native language? Just for a bigger audience? Because with your native language you'd have less competition, right?

All these Utube artists. How do the majority of the big producers do it? Cause they don't have Utube channels. Having a Utube channel means your a video artist not a musician it seems. The consistant big seller's in any style don't have Utube channels. Why, they don't have time. There creating music not Utube videos,there is a difference. Take the time to get good enough that people will buy your music,not just watch a Utube video explaining how to make music. There are a few people on here who really are good producers and can give good advice on how to produce better music. Not produce Utube video and become a Utube artist. Show me really big name artist who has a weekly Utube channel ,that they spend time producing themselves. Not gonna happen. Spend the extra time learning to produce music not Utube videos.

Completely disagree, most of the KZitemr's that I watch will tell you DO NOT rely on KZitem monetization. So, most of them use KZitem as a platform to get their name out and sell lessons, tutorials, and a lot of times big names will have them work on their projects just based on the fact they have a ton of subs. Some of them like Olaf is a working, gigging musician who just likes to share on KZitem.
