Gee Kay I would say it took about 3 months to start seeing results. When a routine got too easy or I wasn't feeling the "burn" anymore I would switch up and do a harder one or a longer one. The HIIT ones are my fave.

Lisa loveme yep. Only FB. I do it 5 times a week and I usually pick 30 to 45 min videos. I alternate between upper and lower body. I love both Kelly and Daniel with all my heart but I have to say Kelly's videos are a bit more challenging. My fave are the strength workouts with cardio intervals mixed. I throw some HIIT in maybe twice a week. Diet is very important as well. I am by no means on any kind of particular diet. I just figure out what I want to eat and find a healthier option for it. For example: If I want a bacon cheeseburger, I opt to make a turkey burger with turkey bacon on my George Foreman grill on a whole wheat bun rather than going to Burger King. COOK AT HOME! You can control what you put in your food!

+Allicia Torrence, thanks for the advice. I have been doing Kelly's 37-min videos everyday for a month now, but somehow, instead of toning up, my body just keeps gaining more and more weight. But now you made me realize that dieting is also very important lol. Everyday after I workout, I tell myself I deserve a big meal. Maybe that's why :P

This was a 10. Legs shaking, completely dead and I had to stop half way through otherwise I was going to meet Jesus. (I was beginning to see the light) Took me longer than the allotted time (lots of pausing) but I stuck with it and finished it. AND...I did 3 sets of jumping jacks at the end...because I felt bad for pausing so much...then I had a long look at my life under an ice cold shower. Yeah, I'll be back, keep them coming.

Hi Kelli! Awesome workout as usual, but I am really unable to do push ups. I guess my arms are weak. I can't make my butt sink down as far as you can. so I feel it is really easy and hence I am not doing it right.. can I hold a plank during the push-up intervals instead?

I have some chronic pain in my arms so I held a modified plank during pushup intervals! Figure as long as I'm keeping my muscles active the whole time, it's better than nothing :)

Kim Brown I'm not fb... but sounds like you should stick to low impact... Maybe stick to jogging/power walking/stair climber/donkey kicks, standing back leg lifts etc... . Pilates leg workouts are good, (which they have vids of). There are plenty of options to work your legs besides squats and lunges. Don't feel limited. Those 2 exercises just produce quicker results. Loved this workout! I have been working out with you guys for almost 4 years now and I am currently almost 5 months pregnant. Had to modify the bicycle crunches and instead did a plank with leg lifts/extensions and I can see when my belly gets bigger I may have to cut out a lot of the jumping. Thank you guys for all of your hard work. It's so important to me to stay fit and healthy during this pregnancy and even though you don't have specific pregnancy workout videos, my OBGYN has cleared me to keep doing the same old workouts (minus anything that involves laying on my back) and so I've just been improvising on those parts! I LOVE YOU GUYS!

I burned around 443 calories from this workout. I do fitness blender workouts last 2 months. Mother of two kids. Intially it was a herculean task, it is challenging even now but able to complete these Hiit workouts. Thumps up

I LOVE Kelly’s 30-38 min HIIT workouts! They’re the perfect length for HIIT and they leave you feeling so accomplished and energized. They’re also easy to make harder or easier, depending on how you feel that day. I do one once a week in between my strength workouts ❤️

Just wanted to thank FitnessBlender. I did this workout after three months of a break (injury) and I was kinda worried it would be too much for me to start off; but surprise, surprise - it wasn't! I think the fact that I was systematically working out with you for the last two years gave me a fitness level that is hard to lose once you achieve it. Yes, I was doing a lot of walking and eating healthily but that was all I was allowed to do: no HIIT, no lifting, no cardio. I was dreading to come back to the working out routine only because I though I would have to start from the very basic level. So please, whatever your circumstances, don't be afraid to come back. Just see where you at and build it gradually from there. And oh the feeling after the workout is complete - priceless!!! Love, Agata

I did low impact today. I have had back pain for 4 months and a physical therapist said it is my hip flexors. I do Fitness Blender workouts regularly so I am seriously doubtful it’s my hip flexors. Every other exercise seems to focus on them and we stretch them. Thank you Fitness Blender.

I am so glad that you commented on how difficult this workout was. I thought it was me! I kept thinking to myself during the workout .... Maybe because its Monday and I took off Saturday and Sunday.... Maybe too much wine on Saturday and then just like you I thought I was just having an off day. This workout was a little different for me. Warm up exercises were too fast, so I couldn't really get smooth and controled warm up. Cool down was also something new for me since there wasn't timing. It's much easier to me when I hear the "beep-beep" sound and can focus better on exercise. Otherwise, you guys are great! You're doing such an amazing job and help all of us who want to get in shape and lose weight in the comfort of our home. Thank you, guys! Can't wait for tomorrow to try another exercise 🙌

Hey Kelli, I have been doing your workouts for many months now, and I LOVE the improvements I'm seeing in regards to endurance, toning, and muscle building. I am starting to feel some knee pain, though. I notice that many of your workouts are heavily leg-based and contain lots of bending of the knees and jumping. I love the results I've been getting from those leg exercises...But I am wondering how you manage to keep doing them and not feel any knee pain? I love high intensity/high impact workouts, but I fear that my body is starting to wear down because of it. Any advice would be helpful.

@@kfitch52687 UPDATE! Turns out the knee pain was patellar tendonitis due to overuse and only strengthening certain muscles over others. It was just my left knee, and my doctor noticed that my left quad, glute, and hip were significantly weaker than the right. So I simply reduced any deep squats/impact for a few months while I instead worked on glute and hip strengthening exercises (Kelly has a great resistance band one for this). I also iced and used a knee brace. I'm happy to say now that my knee pain is WAY less, and now that my strength is more even across all muscles, I can happily do these types of HIIT workouts again! So beware if you only do one type of workout. Diversification is key!

when I first started a month ago, I weight 193 lbs, 5ft 10in. I'm a male 13 year old and wanted to loose weight. I started, and it was hard, and I had a full week of not doing the workouts, since I was on vacation. The end result was still the same thou. I lost 10 lbs, and now weigh 183lbs. I started out with low impact (few years ago and was easiest to get back into it when stated again this year. It was too boring but being I know it by heart I still use some of them in place of jumping jacks in my main workout out). So I do the warm up for this one, the the main one is the 37 minute fat burning cardio, with improvising some of the low impact cardio during jumping jacks. I really love doing it this way and feel great after doing it.

OMG I was so relieved when I heard you say "this one was pretty tough" because whilst doing it I was like ..... Dang!!! I'm struggling here, haha! But I did love the different exercises (I do need more like 15 or 20 secs between exercises), I ldid ove the variety and the fact that there weren't too many exercises on the floor, cause I don't like those for some reason. Thank you so much for sharing these! I am sweating like crazy!

I was out of breath after walking for 10 minutes and my knees were almost always hurting. Then I found fitnessblender!! Your workouts helped me lose weight and find a new passion in life. I always had a relatively healthy lifestyle (no smoking or drinking & I ate lots of healthy food), but I was never much into working out. Thank you for making me see things in a different way! PS: This workout turned me into a sweaty mess 😅 Push ups are my weaknesses, so having a leg lifted was extremely challenging for me, but I'm sure I'll get there one day! I'll definitely add this workout to my favorites.

Love you guys! This video and your moves have improved so much since the first 37-min video you uploaded (not saying I didn't like that one; I did that one for years). But you made some of the alternations between active rest and exercise easier on people's cartilage impact. For example, you don't encourage us to stand up immediately and shuffle our feet after bike crunches anymore. I totally love this new workout! I feel like, as you keep making new videos, you're also finding more out about audience capability and health in general. Keep up the great work! I love you guys

I lost 35lb with you guys, I'm stronger and I'm slowly learning to love my body. Hello! I have been doing this workout for 2 weeks now. Not straight of course but every time I do it I find it less and less difficult. I still have a pooch of a stomach but I'm able to get my favorite pair of jeans on I haven't been able to in a while. Now I'm working on being able to button them lmao. I love this workout due to how sweaty I am at the end. Makes me feel like I actually burned something. Thank you for this. I still struggle with it but I look forward to the day I can complete it without stopping.

I don't trust any other channel as this one for workouts .lost weight and got back into shape in 2016 through this channel's videos now I am back to these videos in 2021 .Bless you guys .

I’ve been doing the abdominal Fitness Blender workouts. They’ve really helped my core. However, this workout right here will let you know if you’re in shape or not. I have a ways to go. 😂

This is forever my favourite workout video by FitnessBlender. I don't know what it is about this particular video, but it has helps me soo much every time I want to get fit and lose some body fat. Idk , I just always come back to this one for some reason. Do this everyday if you want really quick results. Sometimes if I'm really tired or don't have time, I just do the first part before the break and it still works. :)

Hey guys, I have a question!!! I just did this after a couple of months off and I am exhausted! Had a break because I hurt my hip (dodgy pelvis, should have been more careful with lower body workouts) and then just as that healed up I hurt my elbow (mystery injury). Could you guys make a couple of workout videos where either the upper or lower body is completely resting? Or similar? So that you can still get a calorie burn and your heart pumping while allowing an injury to recover? I absolutely love you two and your videos, you are the absolute best!!!

This workout really made me appreciate the importance of eating properly. I've had a funny day today and my appetite wasn't what it usually is so I didn't eat enough. I usually get through all the workouts pretty well, but I really struggled with this workout. I wasn't too breathless or anything but I just didn't physically have the energy and had to take a lot more breaks and couldn't push like I usually do. I got through it and am glad I listened to my body, and now I really know the importance of eating to fuel my workout!

I’m glad you said that at the end of the workout. It was way more tough that I thought it was going to be. I do a lot of your hiit workouts, and I found this one pretty exhausted and thought it must be an off day for me as well, but glad to hear you say that.

Akira Yamaoka you should try some easier workout on this channel. I started about 2 months ago with 10-15 mins workout then move up. This particular workout contains quite a lot of compound moves, which are hard for beginners to do in perfect forms

Started on Wednesday, 1st July. My journey from 83kg (starting) to 61(aiming). 1 hour of HIT, 5 miles walk, updating my day Journal here. Day 1: Completed all sets, sweated at beginning then at end. Day 2 : Despite sensation in my stomach (pain) and burn in the back while doing exercise i completed the sets. Day 3-11: ✅ no problem, completed the sets. Day 12: Break Day 13: I had problem today with my other workout especially after yesterday break. I can feel my body has transform. Day 14: I have cramp my leg during jumping jack, though 100% more intensity then yesterday and 50% more than Day 11. Day 15: ✅ Day 16: Weighted 72KG, it's quite frustrating, only deficient of 1 kg per week. Day 17-18-19: ✅ Day 20-27: I had bike injury in Day 20, i am forced to take break. Weighted 71 KG in Day 27 Day 28: Did light exercise today, i have changed mine routine 1 hours of HIT and 5 Miles walk. Day 29: ✅ (July 29, 2020) Update 21, Oct, 2020: I am 61KG ❤️

Have you noticed the number of new videos in which we include low impact modifications all throughout? Make sure to watch for those - all it usually takes is a simple modification, and we typically provide it. Actually, I was able to do all of these by cutting out the jumps. Just go at your own pace, and substitute another exercise you CAN do. I think I modified two of them, not just cutting out the jumps. Covered with sweat.

Sultan Hamarat As said above, go at your own pace. Don't avoid squats and lunges unless your doctor says so, because they might actually get stronger and you won't suffer from bad knees anymore. I'm not an expert at all, but I used to have minor knee problems and lower back pain but after years of yoga to complement the high impact workouts I'm pain free!

I have been looking for something like this, Thank you. I'm just a beginner looking to lose weight and get fit. it has been challenging for me to do this. I don't always have time to go to the gym all of the time so this is perfect. I started a 90 day challenge at my gym about 2 weeks ago and I feel like I fall more than I pick myself up. I have bad feet, the more that I'm on them, the more that they hurt. Once again, thank you. I will be using these workouts more.
