I was able to finish this without taking any extra break except for when she did one extra round of broad squat jump, and I think this is the highlight of my 2020 so far. Workout complete 11/06/2020 Update : Did it for 2 days straight, then took a break yesterday and damn it was hard to complete today. Had to take a total 5 min extra break in between. Guess some days are weak days? IDK. took break on 15th june from this and did a short little cardio kickboxing routine but now I am back at it, Workout complete w/o any additional breaks. 16/06/2020

Will this workout get your stomach flat because I'm only trying to get at flat stomach but i been told you can't just lose one part of your body so someone told me to do hit workouts And that you lose your stomach faster this way and I feel like I don't even work my stomach when I'm doing this work out.? So should I continue doing this workout twice a day like I do for 6 weeks?

I'm trying to reduce my body fat percentage. I'm already skinny but want to tone up. I do strength exercises about 5 days a week, how many times a week should I do HIIT? I really don't wanna overdo it but at the same time I wanna go to my limits :D

When you're doing HITT, especially with FitnessBlender, you're focusing more on performing the exercises than the pain. When I'm running I get so bored that I can't think about anything except how much pain I'm in and I give up!

You won't burn as much calories but I still find low impact a great workout/sweat out. I'm in need of toning and live in a condo, and I find 4 times a week hiit or their 5 days challenges really helped me tone up in just a month.

OMG!!! I can't believe it. 6 months ago I was fit af, but after half a year without working out and only junk food eating I've gained 12 kg. ;( I got tired at the warm up alone...I remember how much I loved cardio...I've done all 1000 calorie workouts and now I can barely make a jumping jack without collapsing. The irony ;(

Trust Kelli to forget the number of sets on one of the hardest moves in this routine, broad jump n jump squats! I just screamed at the screen when the fourth set started. But seriously, this is one heck of a workout in itself. Short but not-so-sweet and leaves you huffing and puffing and damn sweaty when it's done. A very satisfying Workout Complete earned today :)

I've been following Kelly's workout videos for 2weeks now and I must say it works! I lost my unwanted fats fast! And my metabolism is a lot better. I can be bloated today but tomorrow the bloat will be gone. Before my bloatness stays for like a few days, sometimes even a week. Of course it takes work, in my case I exercise everyday this except weekends. But it's worth it. Thanks Fitness Blender!

please be careful doing this exercise guys esp if you havent stretched and warmed up enough. I ended up over stretching my bum on the first exercise after the warm up! It was painful!!! I had to hit stop and take a sit.

I like hiit. I thought ooo it's easy for me i can do a lot of hiit . But no ... In 2 weeks my knees startet to hurt and i stopped . It took 2 months for them to heel. So next time when you think more is better think about this.

This one is fantastic. I gave it a try before Kelli's Upper Body for People Who Get Bored Easily...and now I feel terrific. I sometimes feel like I'm not doing 'enough' if I'm doing a strength routine for my upper body with no cardio intervals, but this quick little HIIT routine sure did solve that today! Cardio is DONE for the day. Def going into my favorites.

They always thought I am deaf on their comments... -.- But the energy after working out, the feeling I can do aaanyything (and my headaches suddenly gone!) no one can ever again say a word to me. hi I'm 14. I'm 5'2 and I'm 186 lbs. I try to eat 1200-1300 calories of healthy foods a day. I do 30 min of cardio and 30 min of strength training. I also walk for about an hour 3-5 days a week. I want to lose 40 lbs in 4 months. the thing is I'm homeschooled so I don't move as much as other people. I just watched one of your videos saying you eat 3000 calories a day. for me I think that's a bit much. so do you think I should eat more calories or exercise more? also is there any videos you recommend for me? (also its ok if I don't lose that much weight in 4 months. I just want to be healthy and lose fat)

I have been trying to lose about 50 pounds because I am overweight and I like to tone my body! But it's been 20 days and I have only lost 2 pounds! I want to achieve it in 1.5 years so I do not have much time! Can you please guide me to the exercises that might be most effective! I have a stiff body and does it takes time to reduce my fat!

you might be building muscle and burning fat at the same time hence why you might not be seeing a huge reduction on the scales. muscle weighs more than fat. go according to dress size and clothes and see if they fit you looser, or measure your body areas e.g. arms, thighs, stomach - record your measurements and then measure after 2/3 weeks to see if there is a difference. do not rely on scales - my biggest mistake! Also dont forget that your diet is key to loosing weight, its 70:30 - diet:exercise. so focus on eating clean healthy whole foods. have lots of water, green tea, lemon water, eat lean meats, lots of protein and veg/salads, have fewer starchy carbs e.g. white breads pasta, substitute them for brown/wholegrain alternatives. avoid sodas/hot chocs etc - dont drink your calories - save them for food which fills you up way more! Try to do a combination of weights and cardio in a week for better results, i typically do cardio fasted and do weight training a few hours after a protein packed meal. i do hiit or cardio 2/3 times a week and i do weight 3 times a week, and a rest day in the middle of the week. i split it up into: triceps chest and shoulders, back and biceps, and legs calves quads. so every time i workout i am targeting different areas of my body. you'l have to research different exercises and the correct form. I am also very stiff! but i loosened up when I started doing flexibility exercises and yoga after hard workouts! also you will loosen up from doing fitnessblender hiit video warmups and cool downs - they also have videos dedicated for flexibility and stretches which are short and quick - try them out because they really helped me! (plus they help prevent soreness after a hard workout). Make up a weekly plan for your exercises, and write down healthy meal options and try and stick to it! you have to be dedicated - that would be my advice, speaking from my own experience. consistence is key! goodluckkk!

hi nahiyan, losing weight doesn't mean you're losing fat...i used to thought that way as well until i started realising i actually gain weight while doing workout for 3-4 days a week. Take down your measurements instead of the number on the scale , it's really motivating :) hope that helps !

Starting off or ending your workouts with yoga can also help reduce the stiffness you feel in your body! Yoga with Adriene makes some great videos on KZitem!

It’s my day2 of this exercise, I am doing it alternate days. I sweat like anything, I am out of breath midway itself, but in the end when I check my calories, it’s only around 50. Why so????

I am so thankful for these videos. I have improved so much over the last 5 weeks. I feel stronger and have lost 12 pounds so far. I love that you guys don't play cheesy music in the background so I can play my own.
