MEAL 1: 1 egg & 1 apple
MEAL 2: 1/2 - 1 cup lean ground beef & veggies
MEAL 3: 4 oz chicken breast & veggies/salad
MEAL 4: 1 cup greek yogurt & 1 tbsp. peanut butter or a few nuts
