I have found that the photopolymer ones work better than I had expected, but red rubber stamps are definitely the best.

Hello, this looks great. How do you get the little lines around the inprint on your funfoam? What tool did you use please?
@thepamperedstamper

Those little lines are from a stitched die. Mine came from a company called Stampin'Up! which I am a direct seller for (full disclosure) I used a die cutting machine which is also from them. You can see their catalogs on my blog thepamperedstamper.com if you are interested. Thanks for taking the time to comment!!

What kind of stamp is that?
@thepamperedstamper

The stamp is a retired one from For My Country (I think that was the name of it) The dies to cut it out was a stitched shape die, also retired now. The technique is still totally doable with the thin "fun foam" sheets though and a heat tool. I hope you try it!

@thepamperedstamper

Of course you may! It is not photopolymer, it is red rubber on a wooden block made by Stampin'Up! They don't make the wooden ones any more though but they do still carry the red rubber with a cling back to stick to the acrylic blocks.

@thepamperedstamper

that might be an issue with a photopolymer stamp, I am going to try with that soon. I had no issues when I made these. The fun foam has to be heated just right, then press firmly. It also helps to have a well trimmed stamp.
