Sorry to hear you have been unwell hope you continue to get better . A hint for keeping tissue paper wrinkle free is to lightly wet the tissue before applying to glued surface. It is very delicate paper when wet but does work. Also a trick for keeping the liquitex varnish brush stroke/ streak free is to spray water (with very fine mist) onto the varnish as soon as you complete brushing onto the surface ie when still wet.

Hi Nik! I’m obsessed with this faux tile! Where can I buy that chipboard?
@NiktheBooksmith
10 ай бұрын
hi Beth! I used brown board (aka, hard board, masonite) Usually I get 4'x8' sheets at Lowes or Home Depot and slice them down with a table saw. But, you can get smaller pieces (4'x4' and 2'x4', I think). On Amazon, some sellers have bundles of smaller pieces than that. The thickness of the board is about 3-4mm or 1/8". Hope that helps!
