There is nothing quite like this track. And that says a lot as its so rare to find something trully unique and original nowadays.

Alright so from my own inference whilst taking a look at the record linked in the video's description a note looks to be recently added bringing both FE 09 and the second episode or compilation of Resident E (pseudonym of Marc Trauner) together. As the tracklist currently states there all tracks on this particular record are untitled, except for side B track 1 which I assume given the circumstances - that he named the track 'Grieve with Me' accordingly with the lyrics and the entire atmosphere being sustained here. Furthermore, under the title of this track on the Resident E compilation it states that B1 is written/composed by R. Taylor or for reference Robert Taylor as linked here: www.discogs.com/artist/667099-Robert-Taylor-4 Besides his profile there stating that his contribution to the doomkommando is both retrospectively and contemporarily significant - what this has all precisely amounted to for me to believe or deduce and translate in order to answer your question is that Robert Taylor or 'Rob Lurker' see - www.discogs.com/artist/2827408-Rob-Lurker attached to the Fifth Era portal probably recorded a personal vocal excerpt using his own cords *yes I did just type that to be used for 'Grieve with Me'. Additionally I at least somewhat can presume due to the evidently interpersonal and mutually beneficial relationships surrounding the production of Hardcore Techno or doomcore tracks in general (considerably not the latter as it's more esoteric and individual depending on life experiences) is that Robert Taylor and generally FE in of itself were partially inspired by Miroslav Pajic who is a fine example of somebody who embraced the essence of this creativity in music throughout the 1990's and thereafter. Lastly, due to my own appreciation of the composition for this particular track if you want me to perhaps send you several links to other tracks which are similarly forged in order to entertain your nervous system indifferently I won't hesitate to do so; hopefully this idea has aided you. Take care.

@@dovydas8624 thanks for an attentive note! so you think it's vocals from Taylor himself, don't you?
