How do people cope when faced with extremely difficult circumstances? Situations that seem impossible to solve can become a source of extraordinary transformation and deep understanding of life. Cardinal Jeż, through his experiences, from his childhood in Katowice to the traumatic experiences of war, shows that the impossible can become possible thanks to faith, inner strength and sometimes thanks to an intervention that can be perceived as Divine Providence.
Today I invite you to learn about the story of Cardinal Ignacy Jeż - who proved with his life that reality sometimes exceeds fiction. From the dramatic event on Zielona Street in Katowice, where young Ignacy witnessed the miraculous rescue of a child, to his unwavering faith and survival in the Dachau concentration camp during World War II - this story is full of moments that make you reflect on the power of destiny and the strength of the human spirit. .
Let's consider together the question: what controls our fate? Is it a coincidence or perhaps a higher Providence? Together we will look at the book by Fr. Cardinal Ignatius's "Adventures with Providence", where he describes his life, full of challenges but also hope.
