The Ukrainian incursion into Kursk was motivated by Ukraine and the west believing the Russian military was degraded to the point Russia would need to move troops from the Donbas front to fight in Kursk. What about the possibility of the U.S. government issuing a digital currency that "resets" the dollar? After the oil crisis in 1979, Mexico experienced many years of inflation and debt defaults, leading to the replacement of the currency with the ‘nuevo peso’, also called ‘new peso’ - MXN. The new peso was valued at 1000 of the previous Mexican peso, MXP.

Markets need to go higher so profits can be made. These profits are taxed to sustain the debt interest payments. The markets will go much higher because they need to, because the debt interest payments will become much larger. Taxes don't go to government operating expenses or foreign aid etc., they go to debt interest obligation payments. USA is broke and will continue to go deeper in debt. It is a debt based economy, more debt requires more tax revenue to sustain the debt. Until the whole thing blows up, eventually.

It is important to consider the possibility that lower rates will not produce a stronger economy. We only need to look at Japan to see the proof an economy is about far more than just interest rates. Feeding into this is the Fed's limited ability to directly determine rates at the long end of the curve. While lower rates have almost been guaranteed and promised, we should never forget that liquidity is far more important. A recent AdvancingTime blog delves deeper into this subject.

And the problem with this is that the good times are in the future and our governing class wear rose coloured specs with their vew of it. Their mistakes are someone elses problem in the future but they get the benefit now. Human nature?

Digital silver in a digital age, litecoin is a digital precious metal, not a security. Litecoin is the oldest coin on the market after bitcoin, since its inception in 2011. The scarcity of litecoin is the key feature of its technology. Everyone tends to flock to digital silver and digital gold, litecoin, and bitcoin, when things aren't going well. Litecoin is a decentralized digital commodity, just like bitcoin, but not even close so heavily concentrated in a few hands like bitcoin is. Both have Proof-of-Work consensus, and both have a limited supply of coins. Only that litecoin is lighter, swifter, and hugely undervalued against bitcoin. Litecoin (LTC) being a digital commodity provides a decent inflation hedge as well because there will be mined only a limited number of 84 million litecoins in total.
