@xCLiCH3E

Yes, that's why the title is wrongly phrased! Being in the moment means that a man is so preoccupied with his immediate feelings, that only very emotional speech can even get to him. This is just instinct, nothing else. This only shows that Federer and Nadal are able to recognise such a situation, while others would also be preoccupied with their immediate feelings (aka seeing Zverev angry and faulty) that they would more probably curse *at* Zverev than provide something that actually helps the root problem, namely Federe rand Nadal being purposely emotional while recognising that Zverev is in "the moment".

Well, he didn't apply this to himself, when he had two match points, at Wimbledon 2019, he was all quiet, no fist pump, you would have thought, given the importance of the situation, and another Grand Slam on the line, to make history, he could have at least shouted a few expletives, even at the net, for screwing up that serve, anything, go smash the net with the racket, like Ivanisivic, whack a ball in the stand, even aim for the umpire, who knows, if he knocked him clean out, and hit the bullseye, maybe he wouldn't even need to play the match point, he would have been announced as the winner, for hitting the one in a million shot, which would have counted, for more than hitting an ace, or special shot.

Basically it's encouragement for Zverev. When Federer says "I want a fist pump, or a let's go, every f***ing point you win", that's essentially telling Zverev to keep a positive attitude and intensity every point he wins. "And when we lose..." "Doesn't matter, no one negative face", is telling Zverev to avoid any negative emotions when he loses a point. Essentially they are telling Zverev to keep his emotions in check in order to be able to win.

Looking at them from behind, you can see that Zverev is very very tall guy. Rafa and Fed are around 6 feet 1 or maybe 6 feet 2 inches and, they are just reaching his shoulders. Of course, Zverev must have put some shoes with a denser sole..but still, the difference in their height seems huge.
