He literally had the camera on and ready when the cops arrived if not sooner so he could cut footage, so clearly he was asked to leave and knew the cops were called. When a police officer, or rather anyone, asks you to leave and you approach them that can easily be determined as an aggressive gesture and can be determined as threatening. "Legal business" as he puts it doesn't mean someone can't force you to leave if you act inappropriately just because you start spouting "legal rights." We all know "journalists" try all manner of things to get what they want. Legality is probably the last thing on this dude's mind. This dude clearly did something wrong for him to have his camera at the ready and 5 cops to arrive.

Dude literally had his camera out while the cops were coming down the hallway, he knew the cops were called. @@dougnortman1196 So does he have any legitimate business or is he just there to make a scene because he's self-righteous twat? I'll give you a hint, citizen journalists who specialize in antagonizing cops are in fact just self-righteous twats. They're bilking you for money because they don't want to do the legitimate work of changing how things are. It's just whining.

@@phantom8699 depending on the state and the full extent of what was going on. If he entered a public place and there wasn't any signs designating it a private area away from the public. Then it's implied consent. Granted if asked to leave you should leave. But if you are being asked to do so without having caused a scene and are trying to conduct business then the officers are in the wrong. Again we only see this snip so full context is lost. But if the lead didnt say something to him, the other lady should have approached things differently.

@@arandombard1197 : Absolutely agree. This a perfect example as to why we're in the situation we're in at the moment when it comes to government and those in authority. Being complacent and going along with what they tell us to do is us giving just a little more of our freedom's away. This man was exercising his 1st amendment right. There was no reason for these officers to intervene and use unwinnable tactics. They were just waiting for him to incriminate himself then they would have so called probable cause to detian him. They didn't expect him to exercise his rights and call them out. More Americans need to be doing this. We might have a fighting chance.. That and people need to simply say "no" and stop complying with this madness.
