Friends, I want to share with you the way I make pickled beets. This is a very tasty dish. You can cook borscht from it, add it to meat and just as a delicious salad with oil. Also, this is a great way to stock up for the winter. If you do not have a basement for storage, you can store in the refrigerator. You will also get very useful beet kvass. This beetroot is not only tasty, but also very useful, as it is a natural fermented vegetable!!!
You will need:
Beetroot, for pickling 1 tbsp. spoon of salt per 1 liter of water.
