Ingredients:
* your favorite sprouts
* some chopped or julienned garlic
* thinly sliced onion
* 1 tsp to 1 T salt
* water
Method:
1. Combine ingredients and place in jar.
2. Press down using a kraut pounder if needed.
3. Leave to ferment on the counter 1-3 days then eat or transfer to fridge or place directly in the fridge to ferment and begin to consume around the third or fourth day. Depending on how cold your fridge is, it will last 3-4 months in the fridge.
How to Eat:
Serve in low-carb or lettuce wraps with hummus, baba ganoush, avocado, legumes, lentils, poultry, red meat, bacon, fish, dairy &/or eggs. Use in place of lettuce on a burger or in a sandwich. Add to green leafy salads, kraut, or a green smoothie. Combine with other fermented veggies for a full fermented mixed vegetable salad. The possibilities are endless!
