Ferrari Doesn't Care About Its Clients - Obnoxious Ferrari Dealers in Russia

It has now been a few years that my client is trying to repair the corrosion on his Ferrari F12 Berlinetta through the official Ferrari dealers in Moscow. Both Avilon and Mercury, the only 2 official Ferrari showrooms in Moscow ping pong their client, express rudeness and do nothing to resolve the issue, whilst the car is still under factory warranty. They practically tell the client to get lost, both verbally and according to the actions they take. Actually, it is according to the action they don't take 3 years in a row. The only solution that these companies propose is to send the car to Czech Republic so it gets serviced there, or to get in touch with Ferrari HQ in Italy.
Basically, if you plan to purchase a Ferrari in Moscow, you should expect an obnoxious attitude from the showroom staff and not being able to have the car repaired during its warranty period.
