▶ ingredient
70g unsalted butter, 70g powdered sugar, 70g egg whites, 70g cake flour
1) Add sugar powder to room temperature butter and mix.
2) Add egg whites and mix, then add soft flour and mix.
3) Spread the dough thinly on a silicon mat or Teflon sheet.
4) bake in a 180℃(355℉) oven for 8~10 minutes.
5) After cooling sufficiently, break into small pieces and use.
(The finished feuilletine flakes is sealed and stored at room temperature and used within 3 days, or frozen if you want to store it for a long time)
