Thank you. I need to know how cholesterol, that is already in our arteries, is removed. Does the liver remove/use the cholesterol already in our bloodstream and if so, where does the liver get more cholesterol from to make more bile once our arteries are cleared (if this is what happens). By adding more fiber to our diet is this just preventing more cholesterol buildup in our bloodstream?

I'm hardcore vegan and eat 50grams of fiber everyday... can't get cholesterol down from 216. Eat almost zero fat, low BMI. HELP!

Exercise also reduces cholesterol, maybe add this to your diet

Try gaining some weight and seeing what happens. Maybe you are a lean mass hyper responder.

Do you drink a sufficient amt of water? You need adequate water to create the gel.
