Before getting into drills with stick and ball here are the exercises and dynamic stretches I use.
I also make sure they mix in all 3 planes of movement:
1. Sagittal Plane (Front to back)
2. Frontal Plane (Side to side)
3. Transverse Plane (Rotational)
