If you didn't want to hand code in the field mapping objects, you could also use a da.SearchCursor object on the input features, store those in a list or in generator expressions, and then immediately insert them with an InsertCursor into the target dataset making sure that the field list argument for the search and insert operations are mapped by index. Or you could build dictionaries and map them in the main insert loop.

Amazing, I like the dictionary idea. However human logic is needed, because sometimes the fields have nothing in common.

Thanks - I've been looking for a Field Mappings tutorial video. For the second loop - it would be helpful to have comments embedded within the code.

@@jyotimalwar9572 bro getting the job depends in your country, the market is so small in gis. But also the candidates are just a few, is balanced somehow. I would suggest, if you are from engineering background you shoud start from gis analyst and learning programming skills to switch in gis dev. If you are from IT, than you may have an easier path because the most hard is programming. Once you have completed yourself start projects and share in github, maybe you will get the chance of gis dev. If you work hard for sure you will get something. Full stack dev are well paid even in poor countries. Dont be shy to share your beginner code, everybody has been beginner in their life.

@@jyotimalwar9572 i apologize, if you really like python and esri things are much easier. After that course i would suggest esri JS, than if feel you wanna get out of box, than you start opensource projects like: python backend (django, flask, fastapi) and JS frontend (leaflet, openlayers ,mapbox). Once again share your code in github and put the github link in your CV. You are in the right place for getting a developer job (gis or nongis).
