Taikuu for taking us out for a walkabout, nice cartwheel, and enough button's to start up a shop, makes a fellow wonder what were they doing to lose all them piece's? On to the next..

Back in the day fertiliser became very expensive so apparently some farmers would scatter old clothes on the fields to rot down. I reckon this was probably one of these farms

It sometimes seems like I do especially when I find something a little unusual you stand there and think what was that person doing at the time and what led up to them losing that item.

How can you tell what the object is likely to be by the numbers,

With time and a lots and lots of digging you start to get an idea of what a target is. This is from a combination of both the target ID numbers and the tone. Don't get me wrong you can get fooled and surprise aluminium will 9 time out of 10 sound amazing and the ID will back it up. Same with large or deep iron and lead because it has a similar conductivity as gold. But over time and thousands of holes dug if you have a machine with a dynamic range of tones you begin to have a good idea of what a target is and its depth.
