I am from Christchurch New Zealand and the Fighting Texas Aggie Band has to be one of, if not, the best Display Teams I have seen videos of. WELL DONE!

Yes, they are the best and to my knowledge, the only major college band doing this military style.

It is the largest military band in the world to my knowledge. Every member of the band must be a member of the core of cadets.

Another packed house! I think this is my all time Aggie band fave. I was in the Razorback band all through college and follow band marching trends here and in europe. This is a great mix of basic moves-which is a great show. Great oblique moves without relying on exaggerated counter marching. The Ags have done something where four blocks collapse into the center and pass through--not possible clusterxxxx! The spacing isn't there. It's a melee! Keep the faith, Fighting Aggie Band!

I guess your definition of a packed house is not the same as the rest of the world

@@lanho3856 Well, I was in band for four years in college and never marched for a puny crowd like that-hell or high water.

All the other uni bands can play all types of interpretations of music and march formations but nothing beats this band for traditional march music and mesmorizing field performance skills.

I agree. No major university band that I know of marches this military style.

My son and daughter in law are Aggies and it was the best ever to go to Kyle Field for a game. The Aggie band never lost a half time!

Fantastic. I would classify this as being somewhere between fluid dynamics and crystallography, with regard to the precision and eyeball-rattling patterns these students weave.

This is what a marching band is supposed to to be. Not some concert band gliding around the field. God bless this organization.

Most soldiers hate being thanked. To them, it just reminds them of the shitty time they went through, the deaths of many friends, the loss of limbs, the blood. This is one thing people just don't stop and think about. If your family member dies, are you going to constantly remind them of it? No, you're not because you're not an asshole. Even discounts are something they don't like. It's just a job to most of them. You can't argue fact.
