It's quite amazing how the use of the filbert brush produces such a striking difference in how the picture looks. Most interesting. Enjoyed as always.

I have to agree with others. This one is my favorite of those you've done. I like the impasto and the depth of brush strokes.

I look up to you so, so much. I love your use of color throughout most of your paintings. And yeah, it is kind of amazing that we have the power to design rocks. Do you know how often I look at dry stone walls (ones in Ireland or the Orkney Isles) and my mouth waters? In my lifetime it would be nice to make a useful mark upon the land. But in the meantime I'll settle for paint!

Jason, loved your purple filbert mountains, BUT... what's up with those other colours?!! To me that green just doesn't go with the pictture. I thoroughly enjoy your videos. Your light personality comes across quite well, I enjoy your bits of humour and trust you will continue with the excellent information.

Hi jason, this question may seem a little bit noob but i hope you can help me as im teaching myself in this techniques. What can i use to replace the branded liquid white? can i use a mix of titanium and linseed oil? where i live sometimes its difficult to find materials :( Also i would like to know if i can start my paint after applying the liquid white or i should let it dry a little, again sorry but im new to this way of painting, im used to other media applications, but i really want to try this one. Thank you very much for your videos, they are very informative and inspiring.
