LEARN HOW TO MAKE PORTUGUESE FILHOSES.
Traditional recipe at the end of the year parties in Portugal, the FILHOSES are usually made with friends and family in a Christmas day ritual.
Also known as coscorões, similar to Brazilian 'cueca virada' recipe, as well as the Italian crostolli.

INGREDIENTS:
250gr all-purpose flour (or 500gr for a larger amount)
65gr unsalted butter (125gr)
1 egg (2 eggs)
2 oranges (1 orange)
10gr of bread yeast (20gr)
1 pinch of salt
1 teaspoon of cachaça (1 tablespoon)
vegetable oil for frying
Fine or granulated sugar with ground cinnamon for sprinkling
Depending on how thick you open the dough, it will be the final amount. They usually make a lot.
