Just been developing and hating the stress of cutting 35mm - this looks great

Yes! That Matt Day book was $50US just for the shipping here. Can’t wait to see what you do with this!

Yeah books can be the trickiest (due to the weight), but high on my list!

Will it ship to NZ ? because we very much have the same issue across the ditch !!! Cura bags/pouches etc would be great to have locally or semi locally as far as I am aware no store stocks this brand in Aus or NZ !

In the process of adding NZ! Those bags look nice. It does appear that there are suppliers in Aus already, but not sure if they ship to NZ. I'll look into it 🙂

Yes! I did buy his JAL book a couple of years back, shipping can be quite pricey when just buying one book from overseas.

@@areelguy Thanks! After a few requests, I've added shipping to New Zealand at my cost-price with Australia Post 🙂 Hopefully I'll qualify for shipping discounts if I scale further in the future.

Just an idea, but would be cool if you stocked those camera focus calibration slides. You’d probably be able to make them yourself

Anyone got hot tips on not dragging your film across the table when using theirs? I’ll probably try keeping the rolled film in a bag as it feeds in

I sometimes forget to use it, but the included microfibre cloth is perfect for this purpose!

I do have the Film Killer (I'm in Germany, so right at the source ;-)), and it works far, far better than scissors! Love it. Good for you to act as a reseller in the AU/NZ region.

I got the film killer from Europe and I live in the US. Shipping was very reasonable. I found out about it thanks to your original video. Thanks, hope your site grows with very cool film products.

Congrats on the store and best of luck with the sales, Hashem. I was thinking, although for the most part you're wanting to use that cutter without having to line up where to cut (that's the point of it, obviously), can you still easily do the cutting by eye for those times a camera is playing up or you've made the error in advancing somehow which, results in inconsistent spacing that the guides can't be used for? I also like how you've been leaning into the more community driven videos as of late, something you were doing more of in the earlier days of the channel to with all of the interviews. I think it's something that will help the community, channel and brand grow better too. Nearly at 60k subs here, that's awesome. Hopefully catch up again sometime.

Thanks Ben! In those cases with irregular frame spacing from the camera, it would be best to check the line-up manually and ignore the guides (or figure out a consistent adjustment, if possible). It's a little annoying with cameras that do this, I've only experienced it with medium format. Good point to bring up though! I'm glad you like the recent videos. We have another meet coming this Friday evening :-) Yeah I haven't seen you in ages!
