Double click at the photo. Select Animation. Select preset. You will see that option.

Should be simple, when I select FREEZE FRAME absolutely nothing happens. Can't figure out why. Seems pretty simple...

Hmm. It seems that if you've try to do this after a video that's partially edited with other clips afterwards...nothing happens. No explanation why, no fix mentioned by Filmora. Just a bunch of time wasted. YAY.
