I admire people who've got pages upon pages of cleaning routines in their binders. Some even call the tasks "house blessing" (?). I just can't bring myself to do it. If I had to do housework every single day - and feel obligated to do it - I get resentful, as if my life becomes all about chores. I don't like it. I don't hire a cleaner, though, because I want to get things done the way I want them to get done. Thanks for sharing your setup!

I so agree with you! My daily chores are really short so I can do them in 20-30 minutes when I arrive from work. This way I have the weekend free :) Then the heavy duty stuff gets done once a month for example. But once we move our of the apartment into a house I'm definitely hiring a cleaner! :D

Thank you for sharing ! I love the way you create this planner to fit your needs. It looks like no other planner and I love that. Curious to see how it will work if you move in a personal size. I’m happy for the moment with my slim holborn and I keep a personal size at home with all the things I don’t need on the go. Like you I created something special just for me, incorporated some bullet journal style pages and so far it works great !

I haven't moved yet, I'm looking for better dividers for my VdS, something more sophisticated but still minimalist. I love my slim Holborn as well, but it would be too small for me and I use it as a recipe book at the moment. TFW! :)

Does the strap get in the way when you write? I just purchased a compact personal and the strap bothers me.

Honestly, I never had a planner with a strap that lies flat, not from Filofax, not from VdS, not from Moterm. So all straps get in the way, especially the sturdy and reinforced ones, like the one that the Calipso has.

The Planner Project thanks for getting back to me so fast. All my planners have longer straps, Malden (Filofax) Aurora (Franklin Covey) but this is the first time I but a planner with a small strap. What I am trying to do is train it to fold right back from where it comes, I just know it won’t lay flat.

@@anamalvern2507 I don't think the strap on the Calipso can be trained as it's sturdy and reinforced, not soft like the Malden strap for example. And the fact that it's shorter makes it even more difficult. I hope you succeed so it fits your needs! :) I love my Calipso and I never worry about the straps, they all end up getting in the way!
