We made the door panels out of 1/8 masonite then glued the citrus green vinyl onto the panel with a multipurpose 3M spray adhesive. Now we're going to apply the other material on top of the vinyl then apply plastic flexible chrome. There seems to be a lot of controversy regarding us doing our own interior door panels. Yes, we could have placed foam underneath the vinyl but we didn't want to. We want a clean, flat, and sleek finish. This is all trial and error. If we make an error, we'll adapt and fix it. No big deal 🙃
