Warping can add a change of angle effecting the Tangent and in turn Sine from your vice, you have a few options but they aren't great to fix, one is grinding down the edge and using a magnet plate just hoping you can get a level plane and have everything still hold a tolerance but risk scale of the blade being a bit thinner or one edge being a bit deeper. Which for a standard sword would be an issue for edge alignment but no human is actually lifting that without having back issues and sinking into the grass.

That the diagonal bevel on one side became twisted like that probably means that there is a slight un-evenness in the side bevels, especially since the error was compounded by the other side veering off in the other direction. It doesn’t have to be much, just having a chip wedged between the sword and the table when machining could do it, or one of any number of other factors that displaced the edge just a tiny bit off-center.
