Great and informative video! I have previously suffered from sleep paralysis and 9 out of 10 times is a spiritual attack by demons. I say this because I have suffered from it for years thinking it was medical until i saw the reality of what it is. Only pleading the blood of Jesus stops this attack. The demons flee immediately when one prays and/or asks Jesus for help. I hope this can help even if just one person who are tormented by these horrible attacks.

Sometimes I sleep with my watch to monitor how long my light and deep sleep was and the total hours of sleep.

okay, for me I dont relate coz I could be chatting or browsing my phone in bed and literally black out and sleep. It does not affect me at all. When my sleep comes it comes like a flood, i cant control, i just have to sleep.
