When I first entered the gym I was clueless. I felt jab tak trainer na bataye tab tak how can I do something by myself. I feared if I do something by myself and it's wrong people might laugh at me. This one time I literally waited 30 min for the trainer to come and guide me through the warm up. Slowly when I got regular with the gym, I understood how things are to be done, how to adjust the machines by myself and aaj agar leg day hai toh kis type ki exercises hongi. Ghar pe I also started listening to podcasts and good fitness influencers to understand workout plans and nutrition. Phir gradually I got so comfortable and confident that I didn't even need the trainer, I started planning out my own workout and diet and even started seeing results.

try aqualogica or sereko sunscreen u won't even feel like ur wearing anything .. I've seen such a change in my skins pigmentation and no acne issues

Shivani i want to tell you one thing earlier I was so consious about going to gym don't know why I used to join na then never go. But before three month's I had joined gym once again and in my mind I was like I have to be consistent for a month but after that i never felt like quiting gym U just have to be consistent for few days then I can surely say it will be a part of your life

Starting gymming was quite tough for me. First day toh sab kuch blackout ho gaya tha. I still remember mein behosh ho gayi thi😂😂😂😂 Then time ke saath mujhe gym se pyaar hogaya tha. Mein Sundays ko itni sad rehti thi because gym closed rehta tha uss din. Fir due to some reasons I stopped going to the gym. Hoping to start again soon with full energy.😊😊

You are finally doing the right things. Just one suggestion if you struggle to be regular at the gym at first ask your trainer to make a 4 or 5 day a week workout plan and then eventually you can increase the days once you get comfortable and disciplined.

Shivani first day pain hoga but sirf 1 week ka h pain then you definitely love it.. this is my exercise keep going For motivation one trick ek khali glass lo usme roz ek ek rajma ka dana dalna glass mai gym se aake jis din woh full ho jaega uss din ap dekhna you change but himmat maat harna ❤️
