I’m a tour guide who brings tourists from Montreal and this helped me immensely as we walk exactly where you did in this video. Thanks a lot and i wish you much success as a tour guide. I passed the ny sightseeing guide exam (as you certainly did as well) and the info we must learn for that rarely serves in tours. Congrats for the great research 🙂

You're such a natural. You have a gift of story telling. This is both fun and educational. I would love to visit Newyork. It's neat to see it like this. I imagined the streets to be narrow, full of people just walking and yellow taxis. Shaped by the films of course. Thank you! Your knowledge of the city is pretty attractive .

Bravo! You are very knowledgable about New York. I could not never memorize all that info!. Born and raised in New York City am a Senior now not living in New York, but miss NYC. Thanks for the tour. I used to frequent NYC prior almost on a monthly basis, Covid and have done miles and miles of walking around Manhattan and Brooklyn. Hopefully my company will not make me redundant and things will improve worldwide; when / (if) I have the opportunity to return to NYC, I intend to use your service as I love NYC. Thank you for the history lesson. Please keep your videos coming as I sincerely enjoy listening to the facts. Be healthy and safe always.

I used to work on Wall Street but I think it should be renamed to condo street. Not many banks are on Wall Street and many condos are being built there. Many banks have moved away
