Great video. In summary: - The ideal water is natural spring/mineral water in glass bottles to avoid leeched micro-plastics from plastic bottles during transport. - However, this is expensive so best to buy a water filter for the water you will drink that isn't bottled. - The filter can either be RO or activated carbon: - If RO, you must add minerals to your water so your body can absorb it properly and you get the minerals your body needs. - If carbon, be aware that it won't filter absolutely all contaminants, but will get most and is a much better option than tap water.

Spring aqua filter is probably the best solution. It has all 3 factors, installs under the sink with a faucet on your sink and is not energy dependent (no electricity needed for it to work - in case your power goes down you still get clean drinking water). They also have shower filters.

I suffer from polycystic kidney disease... I understand the importance of water with this disease.. Vasopressin or antidiuretic hormone (ADH) or arginine vasopressin (AVP) is a nonapeptide synthesized in the hypothalamus. A few notes on Ionized Water... Time Stamp: 16:00 - 18:00 --He refers to "iodized water" it’s called ionized water --When restructuring the water, you are not creating unstable molecules. You are just splitting the molecule into two. --Using an ionizer is similar to when someone is in cardiac arrest they put an AED on them to give their body an electrical charge, which is what the water is doing --We can measure the molecular hydrogen using the ORP meter, it shows a negative charge. This is also showing the antioxidant potential. --When you split the molecule into two that is what creates the molecular hydrogen. It’s not creating an unstable ion. --There could not be unstable molecules in the water, because unstable molecules are free radicals, and this water fights free radicals with antioxidants. Let me know if that helps!

So is ionized water better? I am so confused at this point. All these guru's out here I don't know what or who to believe. When you go to try to research for yourself, it has become so hard to try to find information on staying well and natural disease prevention vs.just throwing some.sort of chemical at it to mask symptoms. We have a Berkey water filter. It filters out fluoride and chlorine along with other contaminants thankfully, but we don't love the taste and not sure of the mineral content. The document you want to look for is called a CCR (Consumer Confident Report). It might have another name in your City. The federal clean water act indicates that all community drinking water supplies in the US over specific population levels have to provide a water report to the consumers which indicates the parameters and sampling results and indicates whether they passed or failed the federal government's Clean Water Act's drinking water standards. If you have a community water supply and live in a larger city (I don't recall the exact population categories), you receive an annual notice indicating the results by July 1. It is for the last calendar year, so while the data is a little old, it is the most recent data that is required. 🥰

Dr. Livinggood I have Food Lion Purified water and have now seen that they have added calcium chloride and sodium bicarbonate to it "for taste". I never realized it but we drink a lot of water and I am trying to keep our sodium lower. Would this be detrimental to us? Our well water tastes terrible but yet is in good alkaline standing. I use it for cooking but it bothers my stomach to drink and I'm not understanding that at all and we do have a whole house filtration system that kicks all the gross stuff out before sending it through the house. Just got our bunch of supplements today in the mail for me and mom and we drank our breakfast. I made a smoothie with the unsweetened collagen and greens, milk, a banana and dark cocoa powder. It was amazing and so very scrumptious. Didn't even need honey to sweeten and with mom being diabetic that was a bonus. Here's to getting healthy again with your help Dr. Livinggood. Your stomach is very acidic. It's supposed to be. I don't think drinking alkaline water or any alkaline fluid will help you at all. It's not a great idea to try and lower the acidity of your stomach. Most adults don't have enough HCL as is. Hence, the issues with acid reflux and heartburn. Different areas of your body are meant to have different PH. Follow his eating plan, eat good healthy foods, your body will naturally balance the PH.

I read that the stomach has industrial strength acid. Since water flows through the stomach, why is the ph of the water so important?
@DrLivingood
5 ай бұрын
The lowest pH water has no alkalinity and is completely acidic, which would kill you. The highest pH water would also kill you. Research shows that cancer can’t survive in an oxygenated environment (high pH). Cancer likes acidity, which means we want our bodies to be more alkaline. There is high energy water, and low energy water. If you consume deadened water (low energy), you’re asking for less energy and more problems. Your body can’t absorb deadened water, which is why everything is drying out.♥️ -LGD Team

I purchased a hydrogen Lordes Hydrofix water unit and add RO water in it. What might I have for alkaline; and minerals are likely zero? Is there an additive to put minerals in (HEB TX grocery chain is now selling two grades of mineral and alkaline water in bulk--1 gal; 5 gal)

Which filter did you install at your home? I’m thinking of purchasing the Bentley filter as o believe it’s a surface purifier as you stated is best in your video. Would you recommend this? Also if the water in my city is really bad.. will this filter still be enough to clean the water?

I use the Clearly Filtered pitcher to filter my water. To add minerals back in, I use Himalayan salt but I have no idea how much. Can you give me an idea of the optimum amount I should add? Thank you.

How does the zero filtration system rate? Does it take out minerals in getting it to zero total dissolved solids? It is a five stage charcoal system but also supposedly removes fluoride etc.

#COACH What is the difference in benefits for alpha lopic acid & larginine?
@DrLivingood
4 ай бұрын
Alpha Lipoic Acid is an organic compound with antioxidant properties. It is a crucial building block for producing new muscle fibers and cartilage inside of the body. It has been shown to lower several markers of inflammation, reduce insulin resistance, improve blood sugar control, ease symptoms of nerve damage, and lower the risk of diabetic retinopathy. L-arginine is an amino acid that helps the body make protein and is responsible for the production of nitric oxide, a signaling molecule that’s needed for a variety of bodily processes and functions, including blood flow regulation, mitochondrial function, and cellular communication. 🙂 - LGD Team

I use a counter top water distiller to fill 5 gallon bottles for our counter top water cooler. I am aware that by distilling the water It loses everything good and bad. I would love a good affordable way to put the good back into the water which we consume. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
