I've always used an old asa with a Guage on it to test tank output pressure.

Key to great efficiency with the VIS platform and engine, is breaking the marker in with several dozens cases of paint, low dwell,m and getting the lpr as low as you can the more you break it in and maintaining the same fps consistency and performance. I do get over 14 pods off a 4100psi fill on my ninja 68/45 which has 1 shim to make it just over 500psi output which prevents a drop in fps of around 10fps after the 1st shot in a string of shots during rapid firing(you will see this on the crono if your tank is lp or slp). My settings now are lpr@55psi, hpr@168psi with velocity of 290fps w/high end aint, and dwell of 4.5ms, no fsdo, no cycling issues, fps+- is still +2-2 all day with good paint while bore matched, and the air efficiency I posted. I actually use a V1 body with all of the same parts found on and in a VIS with the frenzy 6.2 software, and I got the same average air efficiency when I first put my marker together with all new parts and orings, but as time went on, it was only 20 cases in and I was able to drop my pressure and dwell settings and now get ridiculously crazy air efficiency.

@@whiteskullface no problem my man. Ive been playing since 1998 and I highly agree with the marker weight too, coming from an era where even my 2lb 10ounce alias intimidator felt super light at the time which I used from 2005-2010, then not playing for amost 10 years and coming back into the sport to play back in January this year using a custom put together V1/VIS, it feels super light to hold and play with as far as Im concerned lol.

Hey dude, can you help me? I just picked up a Trex wth VIS engine, old new stock. I have changed every oring in the engine and I can't rid of a small leak from the breach/bolt. I am assuming its the 2 large front can outter orings 021/70. Gun is new, donut is fresh, pressures are dialed. Ive ordred some dow55, is that all she needs? Worried its a lemon

Can you shoot regular output from a standard pro v2 or would you have to adjust the Shems?

If the reg came preset to 500 the yes but if your reg does not have the red or silver shims then you have to buy a different reg
