Oooh, the Simplex 4090 speaker on the 2903 plate; I saw a couple of those at the Boston Park Plaza hotel! The rest of the alarms are mostly white rectangular 4903 speaker/strobes and TrueAlert speaker/strobes (system is a Simplex 4100ES.) I've also seen the Wheelock ET-1010-WS-24DC speaker/strobes at South Station in Boston, originally installed in the late 1980s on a Thorn-Kidde voice-evac system, but the panel is now a Simplex 4100U (a some were replaced with big Wheelock loudspeakers with RSS strobes, Wheelock E70 speaker/strobes, and Wheelock ET70WP speaker/strobes at the train station platform.

Just a guess, but I think the reason the 806+WS-24VDC has the FIRE lettering on the top is so that it can double as a ceiling mount. The EST Genesis Outdoor speaker strobes have a similar appearance for a wall/ceiling functionality
@Fahrenheit4051

Considering the fact that the ceiling mount signals were introduced later, you're probably right.

There is a hotel near Madison Square Garden Manhattan called The Stuart Hotel that has the rare Atlas speakers with RSS strobes mounted near them and Firecom pull stations that look like the Mircom and Mirtone ones used in Canada. I had no idea what the speakers were until I had the help of other videos, some pictures online, and eBay.
