Here a way to make the mini cinnamon sugar canes yourself!
All you need is:
- Silicone choclate mold (available at amazon from Silikomart)
- 100g Sugar = about 1/2 cup
- 1 Teaspoon of Cinnamon
- 1 Teaspoon of Water
Add the Cinnamon to the sugar and stir. Then add 1 Tsp of Water. The consitancy should be like wet sand. If necessary a A LITTLE more water (1/4- 1/2 Tsp).
To litte water will make the cones instable. To much water will make them to hard (alcohol won't absorb right).
Add into the silicon form and press hard. Refill if necessary and press again.
Put the form in the oven for 20-30 minutes a very low heat (140 Degrees Fahrenheit). Let cool for another 5 minutes or so and then press the cones out of the form.
DONE!
