Just subscribed, we tried doing this in a yoga class last weekend, honestly I felt frustrated with how bad I did but I honestly really enjoyed how you broke it down 😁😁😁 way better explanation

Thanks, the turn upper leg in did it for me! I've been trying and trying and just couldn't straighten my legs. It felt like the pressure of my arms/shoulder against my hamstrings was stopping them from straightening. I kept thinking that there was some kind of alignment I was missing, and I was. It was turning the upper leg in!
