Ingredients:
105g of egg white (3 eggs)
265g of common sugar (1 glass and a quarter of glass)
70ml of water (a quarter of a glass)
1 tablespoon lemon flavored fruit salt (half teaspoon lemon juice can be substituted)
Syrup temperature =115 -120 degrees
This ITALIAN MERENGUE lasts at room temperature for 5 hours, in the fridge it lasts for 3 days, the decoration remains the same in the same way.
You can even freeze it and it can last 1 month without problems.
❄To defrost meringue, the general rule of thumb is to transfer it from the freezer to the fridge and gradually let it come to life.
