Love that you have adapted your Dad’s song! Who knew what kind of fun impact that cute song had on you and other kiddos:). The song lives on! 🎶🥰

I was just hired as a TK-3rd grade music teacher. I will have students for 50 minutes, once per week. I love all of these ideas! Thank you!

I did that stand up sit down song with all.grades and you should've seen how much fun the 5th graders had!! Also, I did some pass the beanbag games with all the classes to go into fast/slow and to see who can follow directions properly so I can have an idea of managing behavior

I do really enjoy singing books to children. And of course it works really well when there is some type of refrain or reoccurring phrase. It's such a different experience for so many Learners that they are just enamored and excited to join in. :-)

Hi 👋 it’s great to see another of your videos !! 😁just wondering if all your instruments were provided by the school ! Where do I go for new instruments ? Our school doesn’t have much 😔

Ooooo I dig the tips of this video. I have trouble with the guitar so I may try a base ukulele. I'm looking for ideas for portable instruments because I do play the keyboard in the drums but it's not always convenient to set up a keyboard somewhere if I'm doing a concert or workshop with kids. I also like that stand up sit down song. :-) I will be using it today!

As an elementary music teacher, your videos are so inspiring to me and always get my head churning with new ideas! Could you share the link to where you find the notes for “All are Welcome Here?” I was unable to find it in O For Tunas blog. Thank you so much and I hope you have a great school year!

great video. Thank you for pronouncing "Ukulele " correctly. So many music teachers pronounce it youkulele, not cool.
