Looks good, sounds good. Thank you and ride careful

Ok it turns fine but the turns were all open. The boxer engine gives the bike a low center of gravity which also helps with cornering.

Yes the low centre of gravity makes it a very easy bike to ride.

The gauges on the tank made the first gen look so good. Very brutalist and utilitarian.

Amazing restoration! How much would you charge for a similar restoration of a 1977 GL1000?

It's hard to put a price on it really. This was more a labour of love. Over 300 hours went into this restoration, so more than the bike would be worth. It was never about It's final valuation, it was more about bringing it back to life.

The love certainly shows! I thought I’d ask. I’m contemplating a purchase and can only dream of doing what you did here! Thank you for sharing!
