the tone zone is chosen on almost all ibanez guitars as standard for a reason, it sounds incredible.

The Tone Zone was widely used back then by all the popular, top class guitar players before they came up with their own signature pickups. I remember Paul Gilbert uses it for Mr. Big stuff a lot and I think even until now some of his guitars got the Tone Zone. Tone Zone and Air Norton is a classic combo. Love all the new Ibanez models!! Always love Ibanez!! Ibanez ftw!!

No matter what country you live in Ibanez have a special name for every guitar name in that countries language. You can not write that many names on the headstock so that long name with letters and numbers put on the headstock is actually the phone number so you can call and find out what the one you bought is called. Cool! Yes???

If you keep an eye on Cort guitars you can see the higher end models are like adverts for what the company can do. And you'll notice the next year its clients such as Ibanez have models that are a lot like the previous year's Cort models. For example that black AZ that Lee plays is a lot like the Cort G300 Pro.

Hi cap & Pete 😉 I'm a long-time viewer. I've noticed that every time Mr. Lee is presented with a new product, the first thing he does is to delineate what other products it's like, thusly limiting a viewer/customer's perception of what the product could be to themselves. To my thinking this would limit sales as people could be thinking "i thought that seemed cool but if it's like product "x" , it's not for me." Just tryin' to help, Michael Johnson, illinois. 🤘

Question: What is the dumbest place to put an output jack on a guitar? Answer: Look at the AZ and note that all the paid shills on KZitem NEVER point out the stupidity. -------------- You just finished a hot session and as per normal you take your guitar off and place it on its arse leaning against something. That move is second nature. Then you hear a sickening 'CRACK' as you realize you have damaged your guitar or smashed your guitar lead. At that point you wonder what Ibanez was smoking when some idiot decided to place the jack at the base of the guitar to be 'different and modern'. And why no reviewer has ever mentioned it. Keep on $hilling. If you want an Ibanez, buy an old model when they were proud to innovate and cared about their customers. Next year look out for the output jack sticking out of the 12th fret!!! and the volume/tone controls on the headstock.
