That’s insane….. not worth it I think you’d be better off with a decent if you really want a crazy espresso machine that does crazy stuff.

Hi there thanks for watching. Yes we do love all the cool espresso machines out there. The decent really does the job very well too! One thing I might add is that the slayer is a very tactile, manual and hand finished work of art. It is also infinitely personalisable, a specialty that has won over many.

Now close to AU$14,000! People who buy this machine is not concerned about money. In terms of functionalities this machine does not have much special to offer. A machine at 1/10 cost can do what this machine can do or even more. Having said that when I get enough money one day I will buy one. I just like its look. :-)

Fun fact : you can’t really use this on a commercial basis because of how slow it is… Get the 2 groups instead.. I will still get this for my home soon tho

Hi there thanks for watching! Yes the home commercial is strong on the home part. It's all about slowing down and spending quality time with a precision work of art, and then getting great espresso to boot!

The Slayer shot ??? hahaha, even with the 60-year-old lever machine you can do pre infusion. Now all the machines that have pressure control are something new? I have a lever machine from the year 1964. I can make pre infusion, then take it to 9 bars and maintain or lower the pressure of the extraction in my own way.

Ah the classic my old vintage product can do the same as your modern stuff. I'd be happy to run you over with a 1964 pontiac if you really love vintage products 🙂

You still need a fixed water and wastewater connection correct?
@connorl5868

Yes' that's the only way

Hi there thanks for watching our channel! Yes that's the recommended setup. However Slayer does have an add-on wastewater drip tray available so check with your local supplier about it! As for the fixed water connection that's the only way. Although we did try running a water tank and a pump system but the pulsing effect drastically affects the needle valve performance. You have have to have a pressure regulated water bladder installed too.
