I agree, that looks really cool and a well balanced buggy. With a few hop ups, i.e bearings and quicker motor I think it could put in some quick lap times at the track. Just got one of these. With a Tamiya 17.5t Brushless motor on 2s and using a 19t pinion I got a top end of 17 mph. Having dynoed the motor the 17.5 turn only put out 18000 or so rpm which is lower than the torque tuned. Going to try a 15.5 soon.

Adjustable turnbuckles, ball bearings, perhaps undertray, bit stiffer shocks. The tt02b tends too flip forward in jumps so watch out for that. I'd wait with the aluminium propshaft until you upgrade the power on this it should hold up for a brushed motor still, specially with low grip. If you can measure the motor temperatures at the next video feel free to do so too see if you can go up in pinion gear size on the tt02b without it affecting the stock motor temperatures very much.

The purpose of a hobby grade off-road RC buggy is to drive wherever and however you want. There's no right or wrong way to drive the car. Moreover, this video is supposed to be a test run.
