Verse one was about Stretch from Live Squad. That's what the "you can never be live, until you die see the bitch in your eye" part was referencing.

Verse 1 was for Stretch, second Biggie, and third for the chic that accused him of rape.

Thanks for doing Holla At Me. Probably in my top 3 all time tracks from 2Pac, you can feel the passion and rage on this track. Yup those those singers from the 90's hit different lol the lady on the chorus is Nanci Fletcher.

Tupac had money back then, and he was selling lots of records. However, he was very generous and invested a lot in his community.

Correct he didn't have 30 million. But he didn't just blow up. He would get 40k checks way before death row era. He made money but he also supported his whole family, and like everyone knows he spent a lot on lawyers.

@@Yyr85how did he cost suge 1.5 million? When it's interscopes money and tupac will be paying it back. It was a smart business move for interscope and death row.

2Pac was basically broke when he died if your comparing it to todays money standards. I mean I'm sure he had a few racks no matter what but he by no way was rich and that's well know how death row was doing him, also he speaks on the money thing often in his music. Death row aka suge knight did him dirty when it came to money..... And your off on alot this stuff your saying.

Listen more. Old school rappers built verses, not bars. If you didnt have verses of bars back in the day, you weren't a rapper.
