Greaf work! Loved the video! 💙 You mentioned you haven't really listened to his music since the early 2000s? If so there's a lot of really deep and powerful songs he's made about his own addiction which nearly killed him in 2007 that might resonate with you! Just to name a few: Deja Vu Not Afraid Talkin 2 Myself Castle Arose (These last 2 are basically one song and should be heard back to back. Extremely powerful songs, truly his best work but it only has the full impact after hearing some of the other songs so you get the full story.) His addiction was heavily rooted in his best friend dying so these songs go into that part of his story, also really powerful tracks: Going Through Changes You're Never Over Stepping Stone Don't need to react to them on video unless you want to. Just thought you might enjoy and relate to them. Keep up the great work! Definitely gained a subscriber! Love the focus on mental health! 💙

Em is different. He’s not about bitches and hoes. He’s about lyrics and counts. He is the master of the third verse, and when he talks about a monster he’s referring to himself as Slim Shady. Slim Shady gets him in trouble and says outrageous stuff but people listen to him and he gets paid for. He doesn’t want to be that, but he can’t survive without it. He talks about that a lot. He’s clean he’s been rapping for 30 years and he’s still on top. It’s about the beat and the words and he’s a master at it.

Eminem is right up there in the debate over the GOAT in the history of rap music, someone I have been a fan of from my middle school days in the 90s. Also gotta give you props for the old school wrestling references (guess we are the same age 🤝 ). And while I don't know much about Juice Wrld, I do know he died of an OD, had a long struggle with addiction as well as depression and anxiety and was a big name of what was called 'Emo rap', he had apparently agreed to enter rehab just days before his death after an intervention, he might have been SO CLOSE to overcoming those demons but sadly it wasn't meant to be in this world. 🫶 to you Amanda.

Eminem was actually really fast and technical already before he got his break! Listen to his underground group "Soul Intent - What Color Is Soul" (1992, Eminem is 3rd and last verse) for example, or "Soul Intent - Biterphobia" (1995, all Eminem). But when he got signed by Dr. Dre everyone told him to slow it down, cause fast and to technical rap didn't sell to the masses. But these days he has a lot more freedom to do what he want.

Then the hoe comment through me off. It made me feel like you just don't understand. I also felt you came off just a touch prude (which is fine). Then you made a big deal about being vegan and didn't really explain it so it came off as.... Pretentious... Or maybe stuck up? I enjoyed the video otherwise. If the vegan thing is that bad maybe just be honest and say that blood and meat make you squeamish? Otherwise I think the audience can sometimes feel like you are pushing your opinions on them instead of offering them to them. Like I said I like the idea and place you are coming from. I just don't think I can subscribe for more content just yet. Keep up the good work. I hope to see more videos that interest me and get a better feel for who you are.
