She's Italian from her father and French Canadian from her mother's side. Her music contains so many different genres, it is incredible! More Latin influences can be found in Medellin' and Spanish Eyes and Who's That Girl. R&B songs she does are Secret and Human Nature. She has done Big Band, 50's 60's rock, disco, country. And on and on and on. That's why she's the G.O.A.T👑

Great commentary and reaction fellas. If you like R&B, you should give Madonna’s songs from her 1994 album Bedtime Stories a chance. Her biggest hit from that album was the Babyface produced track “Take a Bow”. Her other single “Secret” is also blues-inspired and the video was shot in a video essay style capturing 1990s Harlem. My favorite single of hers from that album is “Human Nature” because it has bite. My favorite non-single from that album is “Sanctuary” leading to her other single “Bedtime Story” (the latter sounds totally different from the rest of the smooth R&B sound of the rest of the album but took Madonna into an electronica direction that would lead her to her follow-up album, the critically-acclaimed Ray of Light. Some say the song “Bedtime Story” didn’t fit the rest of the album sonically, it I think it fits thematically as it’s Madonna going from lullabies to deep in rem sleep and having lucid dreams. As for as rap goes, a lot of Madonna’s latest songs have gone in that direction as she worked with Kanye West on tracks from Rebel Heart (also collaborating with Chance the Rapper a year or so before he hit it big), did a song with Lil’ Wayne for her Celebration compilation album, did a collab with Swae Lee on her Madame X album, and her album, had half her tracks produced by Timbaland/Justin Timberlake and the other half by Pharrell and the Neptunes for her album, Hard Candy. She also worked with Nicki Minaj, MIA, and Missy Elliot on other tracks. Fun fact, she dated Tupac for a period while making her Bedtime Stories album.

No, its not a cover, it's a Madonna song and it wasn't in a movie so far as I know, but is the typical Madonna song they still play nowadays in radio stations, in the mall, etc so maybe you have heard somewhere but you were not aware of the song... You should hear Like a prayer or Vogue, and she did also a song with Tupac...she was dating him...

Madonna is The Queen of Pop & Michael Jackson is the King of Pop. Of course all of you must've heard this and many other songs by Madonna somewhere even if you're not aware of it at the time. Just like Michael, Madonna has put out an ENDLESS amount of classic hits that people heard somwhere in their lives. Madonna isn't done yet: The Weeknd, Madonna & Carti Playboi just released a track called POPULAR🎉

This is where I long to be ,is a generic everyday phrase probably used in hundreds of songs .If you think you heard part of it or all of it before ,it’s because it gets played on thousands of radio stations world wide . Also what does it matter what Madonna’s ethic roots are ,you don’t have to have Latin or Spanish blood to appreciate the Latino culture & make Latino / Spanish influenced music .
@JM-ss6uy

She's Italian American. But I'm confused by your question. Is she Spanish or is she white? Spanish people, like all ethnically European people, are white.
