I enjoyed your reaction to one of my favorite bands of all time. Radiohead is considered Alternative Rock to most people. This song was just the beginning to what they became later. Can I suggest you look into songs : paranoid Android, nude, weird fishes, let down, how to disappear completely . Thanks

Relentless Lex, there are so many sub genres to rock, it's crazy, but if I was to try to put Radiohead in a category, it would be Alternative Rock......One of my favorite songs from back in the day, and I think on some level, we can all relate to the lyrics, at some point in our lives 😊

This is their most commercially successful song but marked just the beginning of their launch to superstardom. Much of their work after this is a lot more challenging but super different and really good. They’re kind of in their own lane and never settled in a predictable pocket.

Radiohead are considered Brit Pop. Really they are an Alternative band and with each album they keep changing their sound. They have a great catalog of music, this was off of their first LP Pablo Honey. This was the main hit song that started their run of success that started in the early 90's. You should check out songs off of their second LP called "The Bends" songs like Just, High and Dry, The Bends, Blackstar, Street Spirit(fade out), My Iron Lung, and Fake Plastic Trees.

The whole group is called radio head. I love this song myself and I’m quite surprised this is not considered the top hit of their songs, oddly enough. From what I understand, the band initially didn’t take this song seriously and I heard that loud couple strum of the electric guitar was a spoof but in actuality became one of the cool aspects of the song. Heard the lead singer refused to play creep when they went on tour because the fans would always request this song and radio head felt there are other songs in their roster that is as good as creep but I’m with the fans- creep is their best song!

Dude, Radiohead and Tool are my top favorite bands by far. Neither can be boxed in by any one genre but they fit into the rock (alternative/progressive) category. Start digging deep with both and you won't be let down... You def gotta check out the live drum cam version of pneuma by tool and any live videos of radiohead from the basement. I'll be checking them out for sure!

This is a British group. You’ll come to learn that the Brits don’t segregate their music by genre. They like to flow in and out of and blend different ones. That’s why you couldn’t categorise it easily.

This reactor was a bit confused. Radiohead has never been 'metal'. In fact, they could only loosely could be called a 'rock' band. They are sort of soft-rock, or pop-rock... and occasionally border on punk-rock.

Thanks for reaction, Peace

Yeah and a lot of these rock sub genres have sub genres within itself. For example acid rock contains psychedelic rock and punk rock has its many sub genres with hardcore punk and the list goes on. I think it’s really interesting how one single genre can become 1000 genres.

you completely miss the point, you imitate the vocals singing "the way that you love me." The point of the song is that he feels like she will never love him because he is inadequate. He would never believe she loves him because he's a "creep."

Loved your reaction! I’ve got a suggestion for you. Beth Hart and Joe Bonamassa, “I’ll Take Care of You.” Ooooooo! You’ll want to smoke a cigarette afterwards! Even if you don’t smoke! They aren’t a band, they each do their own thing, but they get together once in a while, and create magic! Her voice becomes her instrument, and his guitar becomes his voice. It’s incredible! Joe opened for BB King when he was only 12 years old. BB once said that Joe’s guitar playing could only come from God. Can you imagine? Go get a pack of smokes, and check them out. Steamy and very sexy. 😉👍🥰
