This song has a huge place in my heart. I remember getting out of the water surfing in Ventura California, and walking to the truck where my wife was sitting in the back of the bed Sun tanning. I took my wetsuit off and hopped in laying in the back of that truck watching the surf when the song came on. The sun was getting close to setting. Something about this song and the timing of it couldn't have been any better. Laying there in the late sunlight, next to my beautiful wife with my arm around her just looking at the waves. One of those moments that will stick with me for the rest of my life. Love it.

Days of Future Passed was a timeless, groundbreaking album. From 1967 on the Decca label, it was the first true stereo album and no other group or artist from the time could have been better for it than the Moody Blues. It is depressing to think that this came out 55 years ago because it makes me feel old for remembering hearing it for the first time. A new genre of music that would become known as progressive rock, among other names. I fell in love with the Moody Blues when I heard this and my love of their music is as great today as it was then. I am 100% with you. Only I didn't hear it the first time in 1972. I was at a party in the Colorado Mountains, and a little Rocky Mountain High. Returning home in Seattle I bought the album, Days of Future Past and every album they made. I also have them on DVD and still listen and watch on You Tube. Today I get high just listening and remembering.

Talk about standing the 'Test of Time' . Justin wrote the song when he was 19yo. It was first released in 1967, and then again in 1772. A huge hit then. This video is from 2008.There's a performance in 2017on video. And now today they still tear at the heart strings of a beautiful young lady from a different generation. Magic. God bless you. The guys are well into their 70's now.

This song brings back so many memories, Morenkeiji as I grew up in that 1960s era. I might have said so before in the comments' section of another vid on your channel, but I'll repeat it again. I simply love the fact that you usually let a song play through entirely without stopping so many times to immediately give your reaction, unnecessarily interrupting the flow of the song. Other channel owners doing the same thing that you do Morenkeiji I find so annoying to watch as they constantly pause the song every minute or so as, for some reason, they just cant wait until the entire song has completed before providing their comments. Frankly, I find your channel the best! Please don't stop what you're doing, and how you go about filming your vids. Other channel owners can learn from you as your subscriber list says it all!

I first heard Justin"s voice on a car radio in the late 60s. The song was Tuesday Afternoon. I knew immediately this was a music style I wanted more of. Years later I was in England (my parents home) and I traveled down to Cobham to see where the Moodies lived. Magical place much like their music. Eventually I had the privilege of meeting Justin and the rest of the band. An exceptional group of men that produced music that is timeless and soothing to the Soul. Happy to see this young lady's reaction to this wonderful and ever unique melody that crosses time from so long ago. In Conscious Health - Charles

One of the greatest songs of all time. If anyone questions the existence of Majik, have them listen to the full version of this song and find out what they think afterwards. The recorded version has a spoken word poem called Late Lament at the end that really takes the experience of this song to a whole different level. ~Be Blessed

Live they had a full orchestra with them, but each band member can play multiple instruments. Their studio albums they layered the tracks so the recordings had a full orchestra sound. Their will never be another band with so much talent.
